These terms do not apply to use of our signed-in platform (app.transclusion.co). Use of the platform with an account is governed by its own terms, which will be presented to you when you create your account.

• Use the site for fraudulent, unlawful purposes, or purposes that infringe the rights of others.

• Submit defamatory, spam, malicious content, or content impersonating another person through the contact form.

3. The contact form

If you create an account on our platform at app.transclusion.co/registro, that use constitutes a separate service from the marketing site and is governed by its own terms, which will be presented to you at the time of registration.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute arising from the use of this site will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama.
