The Nucleus system Coming soon

Your AI, in view.

Nucleus Desk is the desk from which the firm runs its artificial intelligence: what it's doing, what it has done and what's left, with notes, conversations and cases right beside it.

Why Nucleus Desk
  1. 01

    Nothing in the dark.

Every AI task has its time, its owner and its status.

  2. 02

    All together.

Tasks, notes, conversations and cases in one place, not in five programs.

  3. 03

    You're in charge.

Assign, approve or stop from the same desk.

What it runs

The desk for the whole system.

What the agent, Iurix and Nucleus App do is seen and run from Nucleus Desk, on top of NucleusOS.

The difference

No desk, or in command.

Without a command desk With Nucleus Desk
What the AI is doing Nobody knows In view, in real time
What it has done Scattered across emails and folders With its time and its owner
What's left In someone's memory On the calendar, with its deadline
Case notes In a separate notebook Next to the case
Conversations In scattered chats In their thread, with the case beside them
When something fails Found out late Flagged and notified
One morning

The whole morning, at one desk.

  1. 8:00 Open the desk

What the AI did overnight, sorted and ready for review.

  2. 9:15 Approve

Two deliveries approved; one goes back with a note.

  3. 11:00 Assign

A new task, with a time and an owner, from the same desk.

  4. 13:00 Check

One glance is enough: what's done, what's in progress and what's left.

Under control

Nothing happens unseen.

An AI that works for the firm has to be visible and stoppable. Nucleus Desk is that control.

  • Every task with its owner
  • Every action is logged
  • Permissions per person and per case
  • Any task stops with one click
Before you start

Frequently asked questions.

Is it just a calendar?

No. It's the command desk: the calendar is one part of it, alongside notes, conversations and cases.

Who sees what?

Everyone sees their own work and what is shared with them. The firm decides the permissions.

Does it alert me if something fails?

Yes. Anything late or incomplete is flagged and you get an alert.

When does it launch?

It arrives with NucleusOS, first to a small group of firms. Leave your contact and you'll hear first.
