Billing
Questions about payment.
Can I change plan whenever I want?
Yes. If you move up, the change takes effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the days left. If you move down, it applies from the next cycle.
How does the yearly discount work?
You pay the twelve months at once and each user costs 15% less than on monthly billing. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time.
Can I add or remove lawyers mid-month?
Yes. Each new user is charged for the days left in the cycle, and a user you remove stops being charged on the next invoice.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel from your account whenever you like and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How do I pay, and what receipt do I get?
By credit or debit card, and by bank transfer on the Firm plan. Every charge leaves a receipt in the firm’s name, downloadable from your account.
